How fast can you schedule a cleaning?

We offer same-day and next-day appointments depending on availability. Book by 10am for same-day service. For recurring clients, we lock in your preferred day and time each week.

Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?

100%. Every team member passes a thorough background check, reference verification, and in-person training before working in any property. We carry full liability insurance and are bonded.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

We come back within 24 hours and re-clean any areas you're not happy with — completely free. No questions asked. In over 10,000 cleanings, our re-clean rate is under 1%.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many customers provide a key, lockbox code, or smart lock access. We send real-time arrival and completion notifications so you always know the status.

Do recurring customers save money?

Yes — through our Tosh Rewards program. Recurring customers earn a discount credit every few completed cleanings: weekly customers get 20% off every 5th visit, bi-weekly customers get 15% off every 5th visit, and monthly customers get 10% off every 4th visit. Credits are applied automatically — no codes, no sign-ups required.

How does Tosh Rewards work?

Tosh Rewards is our loyalty program for recurring customers. Each completed cleaning counts toward your next reward — earn a discount credit every 5 visits (weekly or bi-weekly) or every 4 visits (monthly). Credits apply automatically to your next cleaning's base price. Track your progress anytime in your customer dashboard.

What services qualify for Tosh Rewards?

Standard recurring residential cleanings on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule. One-time cleanings, fixed-price packages, and move-in/move-out services don't earn rewards.
