We offer same-day and next-day appointments depending on availability. Book by 10am for same-day service. For recurring clients, we lock in your preferred day and time each week.

Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?

100%. Every team member passes a thorough background check, reference verification, and in-person training before working in any property. We carry full liability insurance and are bonded.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

We come back within 24 hours and re-clean any areas you're not happy with — completely free. No questions asked. In over 10,000 cleanings, our re-clean rate is under 1%.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many customers provide a key, lockbox code, or smart lock access. We send real-time arrival and completion notifications so you always know the status.

How do recurring cleaning discounts work?

Weekly clients save 20%, bi-weekly saves 10%, and monthly saves 5% off the one-time price. No contracts — you can cancel or skip anytime. Most clients start bi-weekly and love it.
