Flexible Cancellation

Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your card information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. You're only charged after service is complete.

On-Time Arrival

We send real-time arrival notifications so you always know when to expect us. If we're running late, we'll call ahead. No ghosting, no guesswork.

Additional Terms

  • • Prices listed are starting prices. Final pricing depends on property size (sqft), number of bedrooms & bathrooms, and selected add-ons.
  • • A 25% weekend surcharge applies to Saturday and Sunday appointments.
  • • Same-day or next-day bookings may include an urgency fee (up to 50%) depending on availability.
  • • An 8% service tax is applied to all orders.
  • • Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
  • • All cleaners are background-checked, trained, and fully insured. We carry general liability insurance covering any damage during service.
  • • You are responsible for providing safe access to your property at the scheduled time. If access cannot be gained, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
  • • Promo codes and Tosh Rewards credits cannot be combined; the larger discount will be applied.
